Eaux-Vives station
In 2026, the Biennale takes over Geneva’s Eaux-Vives station with a series of artistic interventions embedded within its contemporary architecture. Among them, the work of Olaf Holzapfel unfolds as a suspended beehive, installed 10 meters above ground and attached to the structure designed by Jean Nouvel. This organic presence, set within a space of circulation, invites a rethinking of the relationships between humans, architecture, and ecosystems, foregrounding ideas of interdependence and coexistence.
At the same time, the station’s elevator becomes a site of experimentation with a project by Khalil Berro.
